Two Years Ago (I): Lex was Born

Hi, everyone, I was finally here. It took this lady nine months to prepare me.

In was born in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center on May, 4th, 2010.  I was  7.2 lbs in weight and 19 inches in length. My favorite activities were drinking and sleeping. I occasionally opened my eyes to observe what was around me.

I am here

On the day we moved out of the hospital, I was put in a gigantic sleeping seat. I grabbed Baba's huge thumb to seek for security.

Luckily, I was transferred to our home safely. Popo (the lady who has been taking care of me since one week before I was born), came out of the front door and welcomed us.  I saw there was a bird in our back yard to look for food. It was nice to be at home and in my own bed.

Let's see whose fist was stronger.

Look, I did not need Baba's support. I could lift up my head myself for at least several seconds.

Popo took Baba and Papa to the Chinese Market at South Station to buy good food for Mama and the family.

She had a QC control on every kind of food she picked.

Do not take a picture of me. I am not prepared.

Famous Chinese cook, Popo,  met with famous American cook, Papa at the battle field, kitchen.

Chinese food went upstairs for Mama, who was still in a stage of recovery from C-section. American food stayed downstairs.

On day 11th, Mimi and Papa needed to go back to their home. I stayed awake to say Goodbye to them.

However, most of time I had difficult to wake up.
