Boston First Night

Today is the last day of 2011. We heard about "Boston First Night" celebration event before and we decided to be part of it this year.

We took train to Boston from my home Framingham in the late afternoon. It was about 5PM and the parade was going to start soon. While we were watching the parade team to get ready for the parade, we thought that maybe it is fun to join them. Now, we officially became members of the Sun team.

The drummers and dancers were performing right in front of us. What a zealous music! The entire Bolyston Street was flooded with loud happiness. It was a exact right time for me to ask for my late nap for the day.

Where am I? I must not in the parade. Here was much quieter and it waked me up.

It turned out we were in Emmanuel Church on Newbury Street. It was where the Sun team went to return the banners and to have a rest after the parade.

As a team member of the Sun team, I enjoyed my maple cookies and cranberry drinks to award myself from a hard work (sleeping through the parade).

After enough cookies and drinks, we went to the Copley Square to see the ice sculptures.

Happy New Year, Boston!

A Stroll in An Late Morning

Today is December, 28, the day before we leave for Boston. After having a big breakfast, I requested a walk for a better life, and of course, some exercise in a playground.

Also, I can not have a better life without giving sweet kisses to Mimi.

and a remote conversation with her as well.

Tucker came over in the afternoon and he missed the workout. However, we still had a good time together, especially after dinner.

Hanging Out at Tucker's Place

On the second day after Christmas, it is our lazy day. We are hanging out at Tucker's house.
Not only Tucker is a professional football player, he is also an excellent engineer. Look at the train table he built!

Is he a fireman as well?!

He is definitely a wrestler!

Did you just have fun? Oh, boy!

The Day After Christmas

The day after Christmas, Tucker's family was still at his other grandparents house. We decided to go to McCane Science Center in downtown Birmingham on our own.

First we took a short tour in downtown Birmingham area. We saw the Vulcan on top of Red Mountain in Vulcan Park, which is a symbol of the steel city of Birmingham,

and a impressively huge house on top of a hill.

Now we are in McCane Science Center.

Wow, Mimi is very brave. She is on thousands big nails.

Up and down.

Big and small.

Making smoke.

Little ball, my finger is following you.

Baba, I see you.
Oh, Choo choo.

Working hard until I quit

Baba, would you please hold more?

Colorful worms, I got you.

Christmas Day

Today is our Christmas day and everybody got gifts.

Ella Rene was fascinated with the colorful toy.

The squeezable bee is for Ella Rene from Baba, Mama and me. She asked her Mom and Dad to show it off.

Tucker's new tool box.

Tucker and I were grilling together.

Good, Tucker was riding his Trike behind me. Otherwise, he wouldn't have chance to ride it if I see the Trike.

The airplane talks when I push the ball through!

Tucker, I know what you are going to do.

I sit on the floor immediately before he knocks me down.

He finished.
